My nomadic lifestyle has taken me to over 50 countries, where I've been a guest in hundreds of unique stays, and had the chance to observe the inner workings of dozens of properties from the inside, long before I started formally collaborating with them. That ground-level exposure, combined with hands-on experience working with properties across Europe, has given me a deep appreciation for what separates a ‘good’ stay from an unforgettable one. It's rarely about expensive upgrades; it's about the thoughtful, systematic details.

But every guest journey begins long before check-in. Your is the first handshake. It sets expectations, earns trust, and ultimately determines whether a traveler books with you or a competitor. I'm not focused on large hotel chains or high-volume platforms. My work is best suited for independent, passion-driven properties in places worth traveling to.

Not at all. I work with hosts and founders across the full spectrum, from those who are very comfortable with technology to those who prefer to stay completely hands-off. Wherever you are, that's where we start. We grow together at whatever pace makes sense for you, and every system we put in place will be simple enough for anyone on your team to use and maintain. If you'd rather I handle the technical side entirely, I can do that too.

I can work alongside you day-to-day, coach you and your team through the process, or take the lead on specific areas so you can focus on running your property.
