A 2-month immersive partnership for a Tuscany retreat center preparing to welcome the world. We built their full digital presence from scratch: an on-brand, performance-optimized website, PMS integration via BookingLayer, a direct booking engine, and an internal knowledge base to keep the team aligned.


Wild River Glamping (Norway)
A glamping site in the Norwegian wilderness, transformed from the ground up: streamlined operations, a rebuilt digital presence, a bespoke pre-arrival welcome page for every guest, and on-site illumination that made late-season arrivals feel like an event.


Gut Zahren | Space for Ideas (Germany)
For this offsite location, I introduced Notion as a knowledge management and team communication hub, then completed the configuration of Snooze One as their PMS and connected it to the website, enabling direct bookings through their own site for the first time.

My nomadic lifestyle has taken me to over 50 countries, where I've been a guest in hundreds of unique stays, and had the chance to observe the inner workings of dozens of properties from the inside, long before I started formally collaborating with them. That ground-level exposure, combined with hands-on experience working with properties across Europe, has given me a deep appreciation for what separates a ‘good’ stay from an unforgettable one. It's rarely about expensive upgrades; it's about the thoughtful, systematic details.
But every guest journey begins long before check-in. Your online presence is the first handshake.
