What data is collected
The contact form collects the following personal data when you choose to use it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
- An optional topic (project, workshop, speaking, or general enquiry)
This site also collects analytics through Google Analytics 4 and PostHog EU, described below. There are no visitor accounts and no advertising pixels.
How it is used
When you submit the contact form, your message is forwarded directly to my inbox via Resend , a transactional email service. Resend processes the data solely to deliver the message; it does not use your data for advertising or any other purpose.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party beyond Resend's delivery role and the analytics-processing roles described below.
Data retention
Contact form data: this site stores nothing server-side. Once Resend delivers your message to my inbox, it lives there subject to my personal email retention practices. If you would like your message deleted, contact me and I will remove it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses PostHog's EU cloud for privacy-conscious product analytics: pageviews and explicitly named events such as contact-form submissions, assessment interactions, and booking clicks. PostHog is configured with autocapture disabled and person profiles limited to identified-only mode, so random visitors are not turned into named profiles.
PostHog may use first-party persistence to keep basic visit/session context. This site also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and understand aggregate traffic patterns across the Flowing Future website ecosystem. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies and process visit information such as page URLs, device details, approximate location, and referral or campaign data. The site does not use Google advertising pixels.
Vercel, the hosting platform, may collect anonymised performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) via Speed Insights. This data is aggregated and not linked to any individual.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
