My Journey
I cut my teeth as a Software Engineer in Asturias, Spain, learning from mentors who taught me that great code starts with great people. Then I fell in love with Berlin: a city I describe as a Disneyland for open-minded, creative, artistic people. I discovered it in 2010 and it never stopped fascinating me.
In 2017 I bought a one-way ticket and never looked back. Consulting, engineering management, hospitality projects surrounded by stunning nature in places like Norway. The principles I'd honed in tech translated beautifully to any team doing meaningful work.
Then generative AI arrived and rewrote the rules overnight. I retreated to the Himalayas to go deep. Today, 8 years and 50+ countries later, I pour everything into helping teams and organizations move forward, fast, and with a smile. Curiosity, creativity, human-first thinking.
