It depends on your needs. A typical retainer might include 2-4 strategic sessions, async support via Slack or Notion, hands-on work on specific projects (prototyping, system design, workflow optimization), and ad-hoc mentoring for your team. We define the cadence together during the Partnership Design phase.

How is this different from your workshops?

Workshops are high-impact, one-time events that build skills and alignment in a single day. The Advisory Retainer is an ongoing partnership: I become part of your team's rhythm. Think of workshops as ignition; the retainer is the engine that keeps the momentum going.
