What is Lightning Decision Jam?
A fast, structured workshop format (typically 60–90 minutes) designed to generate solutions, make decisions, and produce an actionable task list, without the dysfunction of unstructured meetings. Developed by AJ&Smart as an accessible alternative to the full Design Sprint.

Follows a fixed sequence: identify problems, pick the most critical one, reframe it as a How Might We question, generate solutions individually, pitch and vote, then prioritize to a task list. The silent individual work phases prevent groupthink and surface ideas that would never survive a group discussion.
