AI-Assisted Development
His agile, AI-powered, and user-centric approach enabled us to turn my decades of research and vision into a fully functional MVP in an astonishingly short three-week timeframe. His technical expertise and mastery of AI tools accelerated every phase: design, prototyping, feedback, making the development process remarkably efficient and innovative.

The Challenge: From Abstract Vision to Tangible Reality
Jürgen Muthmann, a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing expert, had wanted a digital tool to connect his research for years. He invited me for an intensive 3-week in-house collaboration to finally make it real. The question was straightforward but hard: how do you turn decades of knowledge into a working prototype, set up a path for future development, and do it all in three weeks?
Delivering Value from Day One
True to our agile approach, we had a working prototype by the end of the first week. It was rough around the edges, but it was real, deployable software that Jürgen could share with colleagues for immediate feedback.

The Process: Agile, AI-Powered, and Human-Centric
We worked in weekly cycles: plan, build, get feedback. AI tools were part of everything we did, following the Human & Machine approach I write about.
Principles in Action
Built to Adapt
We conducted user interviews after each major feature was built, allowing us to pivot and refine the product in real-time based on immediate feedback.
Human + Machine
Deep, practical application of AI tools at every stage, from ideation to code generation to UI design, was key to the rapid development cycle.
Systems First
The entire project was documented in a shared Notion workspace, so Jürgen has a clear record of every decision and a roadmap he can follow on his own.
The Solution: A Deployed & Intelligent MVP
The result of our collaboration is Sophia Nexus, a deployed MVP for exploring psychotherapy research. The platform lets users navigate an interactive graph of concepts and ask natural language questions to the knowledge base. Under the hood, the prototype leverages Google's Gemini API to power AI-generated summaries, concept maps, and conversational exploration of therapeutic literature. Jürgen now has a working product, a documented system for knowledge management behind it, and a clear plan for what to build next.

Have an Idea That Needs Building?
A clear idea and three focused weeks got us from zero to a deployed product. If you have something similar in mind, let's talk.
