User Experience Design: the practice of creating products and services that are useful, usable, and delightful from the user's perspective. It encompasses research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.

Good UX is invisible: users just feel it works. Bad UX is painfully obvious. Applied through user research, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative testing. Always starts with empathy: understanding user goals, frustrations, and mental models.
